All projects require either a deposit or full upfront payment depending on the scope and duration of the project. Payments are to be made through the methods stated in the invoice.

Refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun. In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if a project is canceled early, depending on the work already completed.
We provide a set number of revisions based on the agreed project scope. Revisions beyond that limit may incur additional charges. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

Until final payment is made, QDesk IT retains ownership of all materials created. Upon payment, ownership of agreed-upon assets is transferred to the client. QDesk IT retains the right to display work in our portfolio, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Both QDesk IT and the client agree to keep all non-public project details confidential. This includes trade secrets, business strategies, passwords, and any proprietary materials.
We offer a limited post-launch support window (typically 7â30 days) to address bugs or minor issues. Any additional support or enhancements are billed separately.

QDesk IT is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Some of our services may involve third-party software or plugins. We are not responsible for any limitations, outages, or changes imposed by those third parties. Clients must also comply with the terms of these external providers.
QDesk IT reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our services following such changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of our business jurisdiction.
