Welcome to QDesk IT. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, digital platforms, and the services we offer. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

QDesk IT offers a range of professional digital services, including but not limited to:

  • WordPress Website Design & Development
  • E-Commerce Development
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns
  • Branding & Identity Design
  • UI/UX Design
  • Website Maintenance & Technical Support

Each service is tailored according to client needs and outlined in individual proposals or agreements prior to the start of a project.

User Agreement

When you engage with QDesk IT, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Communicate clearly and promptly throughout the project
  • Refrain from infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Acknowledge that all timelines and deliverables are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed in writing

Payments, Invoicing & Refund Policy

Payments

All projects require either a deposit or full upfront payment depending on the scope and duration of the project. Payments are to be made through the methods stated in the invoice.

Late Payments

Delayed payments may lead to:

  • Project suspension
  • Late fees
  • Legal action if payment is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun. In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if a project is canceled early, depending on the work already completed.

Project Revisions & Approvals

We provide a set number of revisions based on the agreed project scope. Revisions beyond that limit may incur additional charges. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

Client Materials & Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • All necessary content, images, and branding materials
  • Access to relevant accounts (hosting, CMS, social media, etc.)
  • Timely feedback to keep the project on schedule

Failure to do so may delay project delivery and incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property Rights

Until final payment is made, QDesk IT retains ownership of all materials created. Upon payment, ownership of agreed-upon assets is transferred to the client. QDesk IT retains the right to display work in our portfolio, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Both QDesk IT and the client agree to keep all non-public project details confidential. This includes trade secrets, business strategies, passwords, and any proprietary materials.

Warranty and Support

We offer a limited post-launch support window (typically 7–30 days) to address bugs or minor issues. Any additional support or enhancements are billed separately.

We do not guarantee:

  • SEO rankings due to changing algorithms
  • Third-party plugin or tool behavior
  • Functionality beyond the agreed project scope

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service if:

  • The client breaches these Terms
  • Communication becomes unprofessional or abusive
  • Payment is not received within the agreed timeline

All work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

QDesk IT is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Business loss
  • Data loss
  • Loss of profits
  • Delays or interruptions caused by third-party services

All services are provided “as is” without warranties unless otherwise specified in writing.

Third-Party Tools & Integration

Some of our services may involve third-party software or plugins. We are not responsible for any limitations, outages, or changes imposed by those third parties. Clients must also comply with the terms of these external providers.

Changes to the Terms

QDesk IT reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our services following such changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of our business jurisdiction.
